Following is the pickup process:

  1. When you arrive, please park and call +393399958764. Please provide your name and order number. Our staff will bring your items to your car and load them for you. 
  2. To minimize person-to-person contact, we can only fulfill orders made online and cannot accommodate in-person purchases.

Purchase online and pick up at the warehouse within 1 week. Because many of our products come as single items, paying online ensures that no one else can purchase it. The item will be pulled and set aside for you to pick up. You have one week to pick up your item. Come to the warehouse during the hours we are open for business or contact us to arrange a date and time. If the item is not picked up within one week, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee, plus fees retained by the credit card processing company. Any order cancellations for any other reason prior to taking possession will incur a 5% restocking fee.

Terms and Conditions

All items vary in their conditions. Most items are new and in perfect condition (this is specified in the product description), some items are returns that have minor damage or blemishes. We inspect and test all items and disclose damage or missing parts, however, we cannot guarantee completeness and perfect condition of the item because we may not possess the expertise to know that the item is incomplete or inoperable. Therefore, we encourage the buyers to inspect the item at the time of pickup. All sales are final and we do not accept returns; however, if an item is purchased online and a defect is discovered during pickup, we will refund full purchase price. Every item is sold “as-is” and no guarantees or warranties are made by chiropracticexperiences after pickup. Items must be picked up within one week of order. If the item is not picked up within one week, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee, plus fees retained by the credit card processing company. Any order cancellations for any other reason prior to taking possession will be charged a 5% fee.
